TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND PURCHASE

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms (hereinafter – Terms) set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the online store (hereinafter – Store).

1.2. The Seller has the right to change, amend, or supplement the Terms at any time. Information about changes is published on the Store's website.

1.3. The Buyer is recommended to review the Terms before each purchase.

2. Conclusion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement

2.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms the shopping cart, specifies the delivery address, and clicks the 'Confirm Order' button.

2.2. Each agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the Store's database.

3. Buyer’s Rights

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods according to these Terms.

3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sale and purchase agreement by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receiving the goods (provided the goods have not been damaged or used).

4. Buyer’s Obligations

4.1. The Buyer must pay for the ordered goods and accept them.

4.2. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose their login details to third parties.

4.3. If the Buyer's details change, they must update them in the Store.

5. Seller’s Rights

5.1. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability or security of the Store, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend their access to the Store.

5.2. The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently terminate the Store's operations without prior notice.

6. Seller’s Obligations

6.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the Store.

6.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the address specified by the Buyer.

6.3. The Seller undertakes to comply with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania regarding personal data protection.

7. Delivery of Goods

7.1. The goods are delivered by the Seller or an authorized representative.

7.2. The delivery terms and costs are indicated during the order confirmation.

8. Return of Goods and Warranty

8.1. Goods are returned in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.2. If the goods are defective during the warranty period, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller for repair, replacement, or refund.

9. Liability

9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.

9.2. The Seller is not responsible for losses resulting from the Buyer's failure to access the Store or due to third-party actions.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. These Terms are drawn up following the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached – in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
